Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any of our teas.

The only exception for a return/exchange would be when a wrong order has been delivered to you.

To be eligible for the above reason, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We will also require the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product has been opened or damaged, we will not be able to process the return/exchange.

We kindly request that you contact us at contact@qingtea.sg, following which we will provide further instructions on the rest of the process. 

Refunds

We regret to inform that we are unable to provide refunds as the teas are considered final sale products and are non-refundable.

For wrong orders that have been returned, the refunds will be processed accordingly and original purchase value will be credited back to your card. 

Damaged/Lost Items

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, kindly reach out to us at contact@qingtea.sg for further assistance.

Please be informed that we will not be able to reimburse any orders that have been lost in transit during delivery.
